He has led teams providing business process outsourcing (B2B2C) services for insurance benefits providers including AEGON & NASE, and for hospital systems including Tenet Health & RJWBARNABAS HEALTH.

is founder of and chief executive at SweetPay, a strategic partner of and investor in WeCare24. He has held leadership positions in large, publicly-traded software companies and has founded and built two fintech companies, offering consumer lending platform solutions for thousands of merchants and medical providers. David has an MBA from Loyola University, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
